If you suspect that your Amon card has been compromised, you can block it and should report it to us immediately.
It will be impossible to make any payment with this card until you unblock it. You can also request a new card: your current card and its associated currency account will become inactive.
To block and unblock your card you have different possibilities:
- Via the Amon Mobile and Desktop App:
- Go to Amon desktop or Mobile application
- Go to Card section
- Click on Freeze. The card will be blocked immediately.
Note: You can Unblock your card any time. The card will be reactivated immediately.
