Amon cards may get declined by a merchant or ATM for a variety of reasons. If this happens it might be for one of the following reasons:
Reason 1: You do not have enough funds on your wallet
Advice: Have you added funds to your wallet before purchasing? Even if you have digital coins in your account, you need to have funds in your default FIAT spending currency.

Reason 2: The merchant does not support Unionpay debit cards
Advice: Unfortunately, we are unable to control merchants' decision when supporting Unionpay cards. If you plan to use Amon cards with a specific merchant, check their website or contact their support team. Unionpay is widely accepted in 179 countries.
Reason 3: You have reached your card limits.
Advice: Amon cards have maximum limits for ATM withdrawals, online and offline transactions. Check out the Fees & Limits section to discover the limits.
Reason 4: Your card is blocked.
Advice: Contact the Amon support team (email@example.com). Your card may have been automatically blocked for your account security (for example, the PIN code was entered incorrectly 3 times by yourself or someone else).
Have you had your card declined even though you didn't face any of the issues mentioned above? Let our support know so we can find a way to help you.
